Privacy and Confidentiality

At Tiny Queen Designs, we are committed to the protection of your privacy.  We never sell or share our customer information.  You can contact us with full confidence that your personal information will be kept strictly confidential.

Depending on your needs, you may be required to provide Tiny Queen Designs with administrative level access to your site. Tiny Queen Designs stores all login and password information offline, and respects the confidence you place in us when you share this information.

We will be happy to sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement.

Project Guidelines

Proofing and Revisions

All pages will be offered for proofing prior to being uploaded to your site.  Tiny Queen Designs takes care to proofread for typographical and design errors, however, the client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information.  Tiny Queen Designs provides 30 days' free website maintenance upon completion of the project for corrections and minor revisions.  Significant changes that are not a result of an error on the part of Tiny Queen Designs will incur additional costs.

Communication

We prefer that all communications be in writing, via email.  This allows us to keep careful records of your preferences for your site design, and eliminates confusion.  Use our convenient contact form to contact us.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the initial project estimate is required prior to commencing your site design. For smaller projects, the balance will be due at project completion.  Larger projects will require additional installments as work progresses.  Publication of the site is not a condition to payment for our services.

Invoices for maintenance services are sent on the 15th of each month.  Payments are due within 14 days of invoice.  Interest will be charged on past due payments at a rate of 1.5% per month.

We accept payment in US funds only. Payment can be made via check, money order or Paypal.  A $35 fee will be assessed against NSF checks.

Use of Copyrighted Materials

The client warrants that all materials provided to Tiny Queen Designs are the intellectual property of the client or that the client has obtained express written permission from the owner of the materials to use them on the client's site.   The client agrees to indemnify Tiny Queen Designs from any actions arising from the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials.
